About this Blog

You could say I started this blog after being inspired by a family Zoom call. I'd been asked to write the family about something I had spoken about pertaining conscious consumerism and a few days later I sat down and wrote seven pages instead of a short email with a few links in it. I've always had too many thoughts and too much to say and a conscience that constantly reflects on the footprint a person can have in their life. I'm hoping in sharing these reflections I might be able to help people become more empowered in this strange and complicated landscape that we live in now. Any maybe, through that empowerment, be able to have a positive impact on the world we live in. Sometimes my focus might be small or large, feel more personal or big picture. Topics might be calls to action, interviews, strategies for navigating challenges or just highlighting small businesses and products that might be better options or deserve a spotlight for their efforts.
